We built our wine cellar in 2013 as the first step in establishing a vineyard. It is overlooked by the premises where we organize tasting events. We organize meetings with a maximum of 10 people. If you are interested in tastings, you can inquire and make an appointment via email or by phone.
Grapes of the Pálava variety was harvested on 26/09/2019 at a sugar content of 26,5°NM. The must of a beautiful yellow-gold color fermented spontaneously until it stoped at sugar content of 42,0 g/l and total acids 5,1 g/l. The result is a semi-sweet wine with an intense taste of vanilla and fruit.

23/09/2020 at a sugar content of 27.5°NM. The must of a beautiful yellow-gold color fermented spontaneously without the use of artificial yeast. The result is a sweet wine with an intense fruit flavor reflecting the terroir in which it was grown.

The grapes were harvested on 25/10/2021 at full maturity with a sugar content of 25NM. During fermentation, the must fermented exceptionally to a final value of 1g/l of residual sugar. The result is a dry wine with floral notes, among which notes of elderflower predominate. Mildly spicy in taste, with harmonizing acidity. In the glass, it has a light yellow color with a distinct sparkle.

Grapes of the Rynsky Riesling variety were harvested on October 25, 2019 at a sugar content of 21.0°NM in Late Harvest quality. We let the must of a beautiful yellow-green color ferment spontaneously without adding artificial yeast to the self-fermentation. The result is a dry wine with typical "Riesling acidity".

Grapes of the Pinot Noir variety were harvested on 11/10/2019 at a sugar content of 25.0°NM in the quality Véber z grape. After harvesting, the grapes were first destemmed and left on their skins for 12 days. Subsequently, the mash was pressed in a pneumatic press. It matured in stainless steel tanks for five months. Subsequently, it matured in barrique barrels for another 3 months. The result is a dry wine with intense velvety tannin.

Grapes of the Pinot Noir variety were harvested at a sugar content of 26.0°NM in the quality Selection of the Grapes. After harvesting, the grapes were gently pressed in a pneumatic press and then went directly into stainless steel tanks. The result is a full-bodied light pink wine. There are traces of slightly sweet red fruit in the taste.

By combining 3 varieties - Pálava, Pinot Gris and Riesling Riesling, a balanced aromatic flavor of the wine was achieved. The floral-spicy aroma of Pálava is combined with the citrus taste of Riesling and is completed by the fruity notes of ripe Pinot Gris pears. The result is a dry wine with a soft green-yellow color and an intense aftertaste.
